Even today, many construction teams still hesitate to fully adopt BIM Modeling Services workflows. In my opinion, the main reasons are lack of BIM knowledge, resistance to changing traditional workflows, and the belief that BIM only increases project costs. Some companies also use BIM only for 3D visualization instead of using it for coordination and project planning.
