I’ve noticed that some projects still experience coordination challenges during construction, even after the HVAC model has been declared clash-free. That makes me wonder whether clash detection alone is enough to deliver a truly coordinated model. While HVAC BIM Services play a vital role in identifying conflicts early, factors such as constructability, maintenance access, installation sequencing, and equipment clearances can still impact project execution.

From your experience, what additional coordination or quality checks do you consider essential before an HVAC BIM model is ready for construction? I’d be interested to hear the practices that have made the biggest difference on your projects.
