ParticipantI thought any tracker would do, but it turns out details really matter when projects get complex. I personally use Beebole Project Time Tracking and what sold me was flexibility. Some weeks I like logging time daily, other weeks I batch it on Friday, and the tool doesn’t fight me on that. The one-click timer is great for focused work, but manual entry saved me on chaotic days full of meetings. We work with many clients at once, so having unlimited projects and tasks without weird caps made setup painless. Roles and permissions were also a big deal because managers need oversight, while team members just need a clean way to log hours. The reporting side is where it really shines for us: real-time dashboards helped us spot budget issues early instead of at the end of the month. I also like that timesheet approvals exist, not in a controlling way, but as a final check before numbers go to finance.
