Hello everyone, our company has been experiencing some issues with our recent system upgrade and our internal team has been inundated due to this new upgrade. We want to reach out to any of the members of this community that may have a recommendation for an IBM MAXIMO Support vendor. We are looking for a team that can perform bug fixes and provide general support regarding system health each month. Has anyone utilized a vendor that they have had a positive experience using? We need a vendor who is both responsive and can provide rapid solutions.
