For anyone who’s gone through a rotator cuff injury without surgery, how long did it honestly take before your shoulder started feeling strong and functional again? I know every recovery is different, but I’d really like to hear realistic experiences from people who’ve been through it personally. Did progress happen gradually or were there moments where improvement became more noticeable? Also curious whether physical therapy helped speed things up for you.
