After completing the MD Program in Serbia, students can consider various options for their medical postgraduate studies, such as pursuing further education in India after clearing the NEXT exam, the USA after passing the USMLE, the UK after succeeding in the PLAB Exam, or pursuing a medical postgraduate program in Germany. Those interested in obtaining a medical postgraduate degree from Serbia must complete a one-year internship in Serbia after completing the 6-year MD Program and clear the Serbian Medical PG Licensing Exam. However, it’s worth noting that very few international students opt for this program in Serbia, and there may be limited acceptance in their native countries.
