The word hair loss or alopecia (hair loss) is a common thing that is affecting a lot of people regardless of gender or age. If you have deficiencies in all of these Vitamin B12, Biotin, Riboflavin, folate then it can result in hair loss.

So the doctor comes to the results that it depends on both the parents, your hormone level, medication, stress, and other factors that play a vital role in hair loss.

Myth- Hats and hair product cause baldness

Yes they can cause damage to the hair if you kept styling your hair and if you constantly wear hats then it traps oil and sweat in the scalp while they don’t cause baldness directly but these habits can lead to shedding of hairs and eventually lead to baldness if these habit doesn’t change over time.

Myth- Washing your hair too much can make it falls out more

This myth is completely false and the opposite can be the true case as washing removes the oil and dirt from our hair and prevents them from building up in our scalp that can interfere in the growth process of the hair. While washing the hairs you get in your hand is already in the shedding phase. So , shampoo does not cause hair loss.

Myth- Greasy hair can lead to hair fall

This is completely true as excess oil can build up in the scalps and they can potentially clog the follicles and might interfere in the growth of the hair.

Myth- Hormones are behind our hair loss

This is actually true as hormones play a very crucial role in regulating the hair growth cycle. There shouldn’t be any imbalances between thyroid hormones, estrogen and can impact the density of the hair.
