Hello! We are currently upgrading our milling process and trying to decide on which beads to use. A colleague suggested Stainless Steel Grinding Media because it is heavy, durable, and crushes hard particles quickly. However, I am slightly worried about microscopic metal contamination turning our white coatings slightly gray. Has anyone used stainless steel beads for lighter-colored products? Should we stick to ceramic instead, or is stainless steel safe as long as the machinery is well-maintained?
