[Exclusions List OIG]

I have a question about Exclusion screening for third-party vendors. We run checks on all our direct employees (nurses, billing staff, etc.), but do we also need to perform OIG screening on companies like our cleaning service or IT support? I am trying to figure out how far the liability extends if a contractor has an exclusion. Does anyone have experience with audits related to vendor screening? Any advice would be helpful!
