Hey everyone! I’m currently setting up a new bead mill for our paint production line, and I’m having some trouble with the temperature rising too fast. We are trying to reach a sub-micron particle size, but the slurry gets too hot after just twenty minutes. Is this a common issue with a high-energy bead mill, or should I look into a better cooling jacket? I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with fine grinding!
