To be eligible for admission to Far Eastern Federal University, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Attainment of at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in Class XII or its equivalent grade.

3. Attainment of an age exceeding 17 years.

After completing MBBS at Far Eastern Federal University, students have the option to pursue postgraduate studies in India or take the NExT exam.
