Epicore Biosystems

Epicore Biosystems, Inc. has created a proprietary, skin-like microfluidic sweat-sensing platform that is low-cost, highly adaptable, and designed for continuous, real-time physiological monitoring. The system collects and analyzes tiny droplets of sweat directly from the skin, enabling noninvasive, ongoing insight into a user’s health. This technology builds on more than twenty years of groundbreaking research in microfluidics and soft, flexible materials from Prof. John Rogers’ Laboratory at Northwestern University’s Center for Bio-Integrated Electronics.
