How to Make Time in Your Routine for Exercise: A Guide to Prioritizing Your Health

While this is an often-cited excuse, the truth is that you’ll only need to make a few changes here and there to your routine in order to incorporate exercise into the mix – and doing so will bring forth a range of mental and physical benefits!
