Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been dealing with recurring back and shoulder pain—probably from sitting long hours and bad posture. I’m starting to think it’s a musculoskeletal issue. Painkillers help temporarily, but the discomfort always returns.
I’ve been reading about musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Singapore and came across Rapid Physiocare. They offer personalized treatments for joint, muscle, and chronic pain, including manual therapy and shockwave therapy. Has anyone here tried them or had good results with physiotherapy for similar conditions?
I’d really like to avoid long-term meds or surgery, so if physio can help improve mobility and offer lasting pain relief, I’m all in. Curious to know what the first session is like and if it actually addresses the root of the pain.
Would love to hear your experiences or recommendations. Thanks!
