After administering a Ceftriaxone Injection, closely monitor the patient for allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing. Observe for signs of anaphylaxis, including hypotension and rapid heartbeat. Check for gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, or abdominal pain. Regularly assess liver and kidney function, especially in long-term use. Monitor for local injection site reactions such as pain, redness, or swelling. Evaluate for signs of superinfection, including fungal overgrowth. In hospitalized patients, conduct routine blood tests to detect hematologic abnormalities. If any severe reactions occur after Ceftriaxone Injection, discontinue use immediately and seek medical intervention.
