To convert OST to PST files, go to File > Import/Export and choose “Export to a .pst file.” This works only if the OST file is connected to an active Outlook profile. OST files that are inaccessible or orphaned should be converted by third-party tools such as Stellar Converter or Kernel OST to PST. Data recovery and conversion can be accomplished safely and efficiently using these tools.
