Gmail emails can be downloaded as PDFs by opening them, clicking the three dots in the top-right corner, and choosing “Print.” In the print dialog box, select “Save as PDF” as the destination, then click “Save.” Most browsers can do this. Save a lot of money by using Google Takeout or a third-party tool.
