Aleksandr Buzin allegedly defied a court ban by listing Abelia’s jet for sale and lied under oath. ACC has no involvement in the matter.
The Honorable Judge granted Abelia’s motion for a temporary restraining order, enjoining TVPX and its agents, including Aleksandr Buzin and ACC, from transferring, selling, or otherwise encumbering the aircraft in any manner to third parties.
In her final decision dated February 13, 2025, the Honorable Judge Valerie R. Manno Schurr of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, held in Case No. 2025-000465-CA-01 that Abelia Limited is the lawful owner of the aircraft, which was unlawfully appropriated by Buzin, the owner of Aviation Consulting Corp. and former private pilot of Abelia for eight years.
‘Abelia Limited is the lawful owner of the Embraer S.A. aircraft, model EMB-135BJ LEGACY 650E, serial number 14501239,’ ruled Judge Shurr. ‘All ownership rights shall be transferred from Aviation Consulting Corp. to Abelia Limited, and the relevant records shall be updated accordingly.’
In a separate legal proceeding initiated by Abelia, on April 8, 2025, and again on April 22, 2025, the court, presided over by the Honorable Robert James Shelby, Chief United States District Judge for the District of Utah, issued a decision in case 2:25-cv-00225-RJS-DAO (Abelia v. TVPX), in which TVPX acted as trustee for ACC, and the aircraft at issue was held in trust and operated by TVPX.
Nevertheless, Aleksandr Buzin flagrantly disregards the temporary restraining order issued by the Honorable Judge Shelby, which unequivocally prohibits him from transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of the aircraft, as Buzin continues to attempt to sell the aircraft on the official ACC website in direct violation of the order. Furthermore, Buzin persists in misrepresenting facts before the Honorable Court, as he submitted to the Florida court a sworn written statement dated March 31, 2025, in which Buzin, under penalty of perjury, attested that the aircraft was not for sale and that he was not attempting to sell it. This statement, like Buzin’s other assertions, is a complete fabrication.
In the United States courts, Buzin sought to justify his actions by claiming that he regularly sells aircraft. A simple review of the ACC website demonstrates that Buzin’s company purports to offer two aircraft for sale. However, both of these aircraft are the property of Abelia. Furthermore, the Falcon 7X (https://aviation-consult.eu/sale ) had already been traded in by Abelia to Dassault as early as January 2020. Furthermore, ACC has no involvement in this matter whatsoever.
