Description

The movement for Inland Empire Birth Equity in San Diego is reshaping maternal health by focusing on fairness, dignity, and respect for all birthing people. Systemic disparities in care continue to impact families of color, especially Black and Indigenous mothers, who often face higher risks during pregnancy and birth.

Bridge Prenatal supports this movement through culturally competent care, community-based services, and inclusive birth support. By advocating for equal access to doulas, midwives, mental health resources, and postpartum recovery services, we help families experience safer, more empowered birth journeys. Birth equity means every mother—regardless of race, income, or background—has access to the tools and care she needs to thrive.

Together with local partners and families, we are creating meaningful change, closing gaps, and building a future where maternal health care is compassionate, just, and accessible for all across the Inland Empire.
