Overview of Grinding Dispersion Equipment

Grinding disperse equipment is equipment that mixes solid materials into their Liquid Base product through mechanical pressure or force. Grinding dispersion equipment  are multiple types of equipment for this process, including the high-speed dispersers, basket mill and three-roll mill. The primary purpose of these types of equipment is to provide a mechanical means for establishing a desired Particulate Size Distribution and stability (i.e. to ensure the finished product will have an even texture). These types of machines are an important part of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. The majority of these types of machines are made of sanitary stainless steel, which allows for easy cleaning after use. These types of machines generate shear forces to break apart aggregate solid particles (sand grains) and produce a smooth and uniform finish to the finished mixture, thereby preventing settling out of aggregate solid particles (i.e. sedimentation) from the finished product.
