The pilot-operated pressure regulator (pre-valve control) includes a control valve, actuator, and a pilot for setting pressure. It is specifically designed to regulate differential pressure in pipelines carrying non-corrosive liquids, gases, and vapors. As the upstream pressure rises, the control valve opens to maintain balance. This self-regulating, straight-through valve is equipped with a piston actuator and is available in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN300 (1/2 to 12 inches), with pressure ratings of PN16, PN40, and Class 150 LB, 300 LB.
