Did your Crypto.com Coins Not Showing Up after a recent transaction? This is normal, and there are many reasons this could happen, including network congestion, blockchain confirmation time, sending coins to the incorrect address, or possibly sending a coin using the wrong network (i.e. ERC-20 or BEP-20). Sometimes, the transaction will be presented as “completed” on a block explorer, but it could still take minutes for the coins to show up in your Crypto.com wallet due to syncing or processing time.
Before assuming your funds are lost, check the status of the transaction on a blockchain explorer using your transaction ID (TXID). Ensure that you are looking on the correct network and wallet in the Crypto.com app. If the TXID shows that the transaction was completed but your coins are still not showing up in your Crypto.com wallet, contact the support team at Crypto.com with a description detailing what has transpired, including screenshots, the TXID, wallet addresses and timestamps, and they can work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
